Vanilla extract
Coconut oil – Mostly for the batter, but we’ll use a little bit to grease the waffle maker.

Honey – For the greek yogurt topping

How to Make Easy Protein-packed Sourdough Waffles with Strawberries
Take a little bit of coconut oil and grease the waffle maker. Then plug in your waffle maker so it starts to heat up.
Add the coconut oil to a microwavable bowl and melt the coconut oil in the microwave until it’s just melted.
In a large bowl, whisk the protein powder, starter, baking soda, vanilla extract, egg, and coconut oil.
Fill the waffle maker with the batter and bake the waffles as you normally would in your waffle maker.
Set aside the waffles to cool while you make the strawberry greek yogurt topping.
Take two spoonfuls of greek yogurt in a bowl, a handful of strawberries, and honey and whisk them together.
Place this on top of your waffles, add more fresh strawberries and drizzle some maple syrup on top.
